How to Register and Grt Your Own PNG Passport

I gave up dealing with any Passport Agent   after I  spent K450 for Fast Tracking passport fees and waited  for almost 6months in 2023. 

 Early 2024 the passport Agent passed on😭

 The  frustration of money being wasted, it leads me  gave up dealing with any Passport Agents.

2025, I decided to  Lodge the Passport myself and all it was Successful. 

I collected my Passport after 3 weeks.

Never Loose Hope, You can do it if others are doing.  It's not too late.

Here are the tips to do.

1. Get yourself a Passport application and fill it.

2. Get 2x Passport size photo.

3. Birth Certificate  copy & NID Copy

4. Got to court house or a  Lawyer to certify  ( stamp) 2x facephotos and your Passport application section 3.

5. Pay K100  (Eftpos only) at  Vulupindi house or Twin Tower 1 and  get receipt for Lodging. 

6. Go to Koitachi House , Lodge the Passport and the passport receipt  will be given to you. ( Monday, Wednesday & Friday)

7.  Wait for  Passport  to  be ready. Due date will be given on the passport receipt.

(Passport collection days: Tuesday & Thursday)

 

8.  Don't forget to follow up via email   (clientservice@immigration.gov.pg) for the progress or status after Due date.

If you have no access to email, you can go to General Enquiry section  at Koitachi House  and the officer will assist you.
