The 2nd of May is recognized as World Password Day!

To avoid the occurrence of Identity theft, financial fraud and compromising your information, we need to understand the importance of adopting strong and secure passwords.

Here are a few tips to help you create a strong password to protect your credentials:

1. Use long, unpredictable passwords that are at least 10 characters.

2. Combine upper and lowercase letters, numbers, symbols, and punctuation so your password is hard to guess.

3. Use different passwords for different accounts.

4. Always use two-factor authentication if you can.

5. Avoid using pet names, birthdates, addresses, or other personal information – as these can be too obvious.

Always Be Password Smart!
